		The mission of the Oak Hill Elementary Family Resource Center  is to identify 
		barriers that both parents and children encounter and plan programs which
		address these barriers in an effort to provide a pathway to lifelong learning.
		The Oak Hill Elementary Family Resource Center serves as a strong link 
		between the home, school and community.  
 
SERVICES OFFERED TO OHES STUDENTS AND FAMILIES

Referrals to parent and child education / family literacy program

Support in training for childcare provide

After school childcare services from 3:30-5:30 at Oak Hill Elementary

On-site health  services and/or referrals to health services

Referrals for emergency assistance

Co-sponsor Back-to-School Extravaganza and Guardian Angel Tree

Parent resource materials/ "Parent Connection"

Linking students and families with community programs/ services

Parents As Teachers program for parents with children ages 0-3
